Indie License Terms

By registering, you agree that:

1. This license is valid for projects that gross less than $100,000 USD per year in total revenue (including all sales, licensing fees, and other income from the project).

2. You will include "Built with SmartScribe.Docx" in your application's About box, README, or documentation.

3. You will upgrade to a paid license before or immediately upon your project's annual gross revenue reaching $100,000 USD.

4. Continued use above the $100,000 threshold without upgrading constitutes breach of contract, enforceable under applicable law.

5. You must re-register annually (free) to maintain your license key. Re-registration confirms your continued compliance with these terms.

6. Gain Publications reserves the right to audit compliance and to terminate this license for breach of these terms.
